Kayla Brown Represents at the Governor’s Page Program
We are incredibly proud of Kayla Brown, a standout member of our Club, who was selected to represent the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Carolina in the prestigious Governor’s Page Program this past March!
From March 17–20, Kayla spent an unforgettable week in Raleigh, where she joined other youth from across the state to learn about leadership, civic engagement, and how state government works. As part of the program, Kayla attended press conferences, toured historic landmarks and government buildings, met with public officials, and even had the opportunity to interact with the Governor’s staff.
Kayla showed up with confidence, curiosity, and a strong voice—and left with new knowledge, connections, and a deeper understanding of how she can make a difference in her community.
We are so proud of Kayla’s dedication and leadership, and we can’t wait to see what’s next for this rising star!
Making a Difference
Our Impact
Every year, we serve hundreds of young people across North Central North Carolina, providing them with opportunities to excel in school, develop leadership skills, and participate in sports and arts programs. The impact of our work is seen not just in individual achievements, but in the strength and vitality of our entire community.
